The constant tag line we see of bookkeeping or small practise accounting firms suggesting to 'leave your bookkeeping/internal accounting needs to us so you can focus on what you are good at' does not sit right with us. Not only will we provide the full services of what your business would have should it have an internal finance department, we strive to help and educate you to understand what is happening in your business, and not just leave it to us to take care of, leaving you blind in understanding your business' financial health.   

Part of the services we offer are to provide you, through our bookkeeping services, with the accurate and up to date information and figures, and then deliver this data to you through monthly/quarterly meetings by discussing and analysing your Financial Statements and cash flow management. We also offer support and advise to give you the key ingredient of 'knowledge' - to understand your current performance and therefore helping to aid in current direction and operations, as well giving you the necessary tools to direct you towards achieving future growth.  This knowledge is vital in achieving your ultimate goal, for both your business and for you personally. We believe it is all there in the numbers! 

Finally, we also understand more than anything that often all of this is bookkeeping and accounting stuff is literally another language for you.  Rest assured, we’ve got you and we understand you. We are your coaches, advises, experts and educators.  We are here to take things off your hands, help you understand, and be your guide.

Much feedback we get from our beautiful clients is that what we offer is both a 'boutique' and 'personalised' service, just like it would be should we be directly working as an employee for you.  We understand each client is extremely different and unique to the next, and that is why we don't 'bundle' you into a structure of services offered, but provide you with exactly what you may need, should this be just simple bookkeeping work for compliance purposes like that good old tax return we all need to do, or those higher-level services such as Business Advisory or that Financial Controller responsibilities.

This is of the utmost importance to us.  That one-on-one service is key for us, not a completely outsourced overseas firm that does what we regard as 'the bare essentials' for compliance purposes only.  We meet with you, stand over you to meet compliance dates and lodgements, advise you when and wherever possible.  Our success is your success.
